2. What if the shoes I ordered don’t fit?
If the shoes don’t fit, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in unused, re-sellable condition with original packaging and tags intact.

3. Can I return shoes that are damaged or defective?
Yes. If your shoes arrive with a factory defect, please contact our support team immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund upon verification.

4. How do I clean my shoes?
 Remove dirt with a soft brush or cloth. Use mild soap and cold water for spot cleaning. Do not machine wash or dry. Let them air dry naturally, away from direct heat or sunlight.

5. Are the shoes waterproof? This depends on the model. Please check the product description for waterproof or water-resistant features.

6. How long does shipping take? Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Express options are available at checkout.

7. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in original, unused condition. Returns due to incorrect sizing or preference are accepted, but shipping fees may apply. Factory-damaged items are eligible for free return and replacement.

8. How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact our Customer Support team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
